Frequently asked questions
What counts as a minute?
One minute of input audio. All six stems and their MIDI together count as one minute, not six minutes.
Do the API and the web app have separate prices?
No. Your account has one balance. The same minutes are spent whether you upload on the website or call the API.
Am I charged for failed or cancelled jobs?
No. Only finished separations are billed.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly plan minutes reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Pack minutes never expire and are used after your plan's minutes.
How long are my files kept?
Free keeps results 3 days; Starter and Pro 7 days; Scale 30 days.
Do you train models on my audio?
No. We don't train models on your audio. It is processed to make your result, then deleted on the schedule above. The privacy policy says so in its "What we do not do" section.
Is the key and BPM finder billed?
No. Key and BPM analysis is free and limited per day instead of by minutes.
